This is quite possibly the best job advert I have ever seen. A Manifesto, really.
Having said this, it does have a couple of issues: the first one is that you keep talking about "campaign work" as if it were the crux of things. Honestly "campaigns", as a genre, are quite passé and you cannot expect to reposition a brand by plastering manifesto-like visuals everywhere. But you do have a penchant for manifestos, that much is clear...
Second point, the only Brand Director (that's what you really want deep down, not a a "Creative Director" from one of those dying advertising holdcos) that will be interested (and actually useful to you) is the one that might not second the campaign you already have in your mind (I'm more or less quoting). Not just an executor, no matter how brilliant, in other words...
